ADHD Coaching

Many people come to this work after an ADHD diagnosis with a sense of relief—things begin to make sense. But that understanding doesn’t always translate into knowing what to do next.

You may recognise patterns of distraction, overwhelm, or inconsistency, but still feel unsure how to change them in a way that actually works in your day-to-day life.

This is where the work begins.

What this work focuses on

I work with adults who are exploring ADHD, or who have recently been diagnosed and are trying to understand what it means for them.

Together, we focus on:

  • making sense of your individual pattern (rather than a generic idea of ADHD)
  • understanding how this has shaped your experiences over time
  • identifying the areas that most affect your daily life
  • developing practical ways to work with these patterns

Alongside psychotherapy, I integrate elements of ADHD coaching to bring structure and direction to the work.

The aim is not to “fix” ADHD, but to develop a way of working with it that is realistic, sustainable, and grounded in your own life.

Who this is for

This work may be helpful if:

  • you have recently been diagnosed and are unsure what to do with that information
  • you suspect ADHD may be part of your experience and want to explore it
  • you continue to struggle with organisation, follow-through, or emotional regulation
  • you feel frustrated by patterns that repeat despite your best efforts
  • you want a practical, structured approach alongside space to reflect

How I work

The work is collaborative and shaped around you.

Some people come for a focused piece of work (typically 6–10 sessions), where we:

  • build a clear understanding of your ADHD profile
  • identify key areas of difficulty
  • prioritise where to make changes
  • develop and test practical strategies

Others choose to integrate this into ongoing psychotherapy, where ADHD is one part of a broader picture.

We agree the level of structure together at the outset. Where helpful, I may suggest simple between-session practices to try things out in real life.

A bit about my approach

My work is grounded in evidence-based models of adult ADHD and informed by specialist training with Dr James Kustow at The Grove.

I use structured tools and frameworks to support understanding and change, while keeping the work practical and relevant to your day-to-day life.

Alongside this, my background as a psychotherapist means we can also make space for whatever else you bring—whether that’s stress, relationships, or longer-standing patterns.

I also bring personal experience of working with my own patterns of attention and regulation, which helps me approach this work with a balance of realism and compassion.
